Alconomics Ltd is the company behind the business. Formed by Angus Winchester in 2003 Alconomics Ltd. creates, produces and executes bespoke training modules on behalf of enlightened souls from Bars to Brands.
From July 2006 Alconomics expanded to include London legends Pete Kendall and Sam Jeveons in order to provide quality bartender training and consultancy services in Asia based in Taipei and Shanghai.
To my simple mind this is an awesome phrase. Its filled with positive expectation, change, variety, sociability and unity. And in our world probably leads to a drink...
