Pleased to had gone through this workshop. It brings the spotlight on some new things, but equally important on basic stuff easily forgotten. If you'd been a bartender for 10 - 15 years, it's easy to forget some of the most basic things, and no single bartender is "too good" to be reminded of these. Pleased to see Angus sticking to one of the basic marketing rules: K.I.S.S.(Keep it simple salesman). No need for umbrellas and such if the drink is a good product made with care and presented with love. Will be using some of the material from the workshop in internal training at our hotel, as me and Freddy Skogvang will be doing this in the near future. Brilliant workshop, thanks a lot. Hope to be on another one of those, it's a vitamin-boost for any serious bartender.
