Alconomics has long had a focus in Asia with Angus Winchester being a stalwart of Restaurant and Bar Hong Kong and various Bartender Training tours of Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, India and China throughout the last decade.
Taking over the mantle and expanding the footprint in the East are the Alconomics Asia partners.

Sam Jeveons has spent the last 3 years travelling the Asian region conducting training events, brand seeding and media work from Japan to India, China to Singapore. Currently " based in Taiwan and Hong Kong, Sam is acknowledged as one of the best consultants in the Asian market."

We have seen massive growth in the last four years and have worked hard to create a dynamic network of contacts throughout the area. The demand for our services throughout the region has been phenomenal and it has allowed us to pick and choose our clients carefully. Clients include Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific and Diageo Greater China. The 'Mandarin Oriental' hotel Hong Kong, 'Landmark Oriental' Hong Kong, 'Grand Hyatt International' Hong Kong and Bangkok. Formula One, BMW, Dunhill, G2 in Malaysia. BarCode, Les Vergers Boiron and Champagne II to name but a few.

Alconomics believes in the difference bespoke training programs can make to all operations from large hotels to small independent outlets and chose to set up operations in a market hungry to learn and improve.

We offer our industry experience and passion for teaching, bartending and consulting to clients who wish to make a difference, who believe increased service levels means increased profit, and to whom thorough training is the cornerstone of longevity, proftability and success.
